Apesar de não ter estado frio que avivasse o apetite para umas castanhas quentinhas, não resisti ao chamamento desta fumaça cheirosa que me levou até ao que vem a seguir!

Although it wasn't cold enough to feel like eating them, I was led to roasted chestnuts beacuse there was a nice smoky smell working on my appetite!

(You can't see much of this around here anymore. This is the good "old way" for roasting chestnuts. They are wrapped up in old phone directory sheets of paper that are torn out for each customer to take the amount of chestnuts they buy. It used to be old newspaper paper. )
