7th March 2005, from 15:10 till 16:40

Before me fifteen young minds are at this right moment decoding a set of questions registered on three sheets of paper whose content aims at getting answers testing their knowledge about all the work we have done throughout many minutes since Carnival up to now.

And I'm thinking about what they are supposed to be mastering: a short story they had to read in a foreign language (English).
Compulsory reading isn't any easy task and if it is done as an obligation it surely becomes the perfect synonym of real bore! It was like that a long time ago. In the time I was them.

In this consumerism present, everything is consumed. Reading and even Feeling. However when Feeling becomes consumerism, there is no sense in it, It becomes a Non - Feeling.

I can sense the sense of their Feeling right now: nerves mingled with anxiety till the moment they were given what to work on. Deep silence followed and they are now working with their own timing and at the pace of their own knowledge and capacities.

In a language that isn't their mother tongue. In a language I've always used whenever I want to register experiences or emotions. Being imposed on them it will somehow control their future lives too. Negatively or positively.

And... There you are!... These were my thoughts during 90 minutes in an afternoon in which I felt like philosophizing with myself Posted by Hello
